Whenever I need to imagine a mean boss, J. Jonah Jameson from the Spidey universe comes to mind. I know it's odd that I don't reference a bad employer that I myself had in the past, but J.J. is just more menacing than anyone I've known, with his Schwarzenegger cigars and Hitler-esque moustache. "PARKER!" he'd yell constantly, abusing the only minimum wage loser who could get him photos of Spiderman. I think he was secretly in love with the ol' web head. I'm sure someone out there has written some weird fan fiction about just that. #JJonahJameson
